I came with my family to enjoy Easter. The machine were all closed, the food part closed the pool table closed. The lane kept getting stuck. I'm very unhappy and very bothered, my son, grandkids were hungry sad upset. They were crying its not okay. They (the workers) were of no help. The boss wasn't there. He had young kids working. They were confused and of no help at all. I lost out, my family lost out. It's not ok. Resolution Sought For my family to have had a good time. The advertisement was false. I'd like my money back. Worse experience ever.

Hello Melinda, Easter Sunday our pool tables were open, the snack counter was selling food and drinks, and our lanes were all working normally. We wish you the best, however we do not offer refunds just because you want your money back. We also do not allow any outside food and drinks inside our establishment. Best wishes, Management
