Service after the sale. Purchased new fp logs, w/I company on site inspection/recommendation Can't regulate flame Remote doesn't respond (after change of batteries). Dissatisfied with no personal attention from owner. (Too busy) Dissatisfied with this 2nd purchase. New fp replacement is "virtually" useless. Resolution Sought Would like for DAVID (owner) to make a personal on site service call.

Company states they had a lovely conversation with the complainant on January 28th and were able to get her appliance fully operational. Complainant made aware that appliance does require yearly maintenance.
