Rebecca Albrecht is an attorney at Bowman and Brooke LLP. She is also a consumer arbitrator. I requested consumer arbitration against a automobile dealership for fraud, consumer fraud, false advertisement, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation. The Respondent in my case Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a FCA dealership. Rebecca Albrecht mishandled my case. She demonstrated a lack of impartiality. She was dishonest on the General Arbitrator's Oath Form and her resume was limited to her past experience and training. She failed to disclose that she is employed at a product liability law firm that is best known for defending automobile manufacturers. Bowman and Brooke LLP is currently defending FCA and a franchised dealerships in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Santa Clara for breach of contract/unlimited warranty, Case# 20CV368787 Federico Magana vs FCA US LLC and Steven Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They have defended FCA in the past and they have other pending cases. Their website states they have defended thousands of wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury and other product liability claims brought against automobile manufacturers. "Nearly every automobile manufacturer around the globe has asked us to defend and try their cases and we delivered". This is a clear conflict of interest. Bowman and Brooke LLP is corrupt. Rebecca Albrecht is an attorney at Bowman and Brooke, she regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Ms. Sanders, a self-represented litigant, was the claimant in a matter with AAA, the respondent was WJK Tempe Automotive, Inc. sometimes known as Tempe Dodge. The claim involved, alleged dent damage to a used car Ms. Sanders purchased from WJK Tempe Automotive. Ms. Sander did not prevail in her claim against WJK Tempe Automotive. Ms. Albrecht's resume clearly reflects that she is a member of the firm of Bowman and Brooke. The resume is provided to the parties before the arbitrator is appointed, in part, to help the parties decide if there is any objection to Ms. Albrecht as an arbitrator. Ms. Sanders did not object to Ms. Albrecht at that time. Prior to accepting the appointment, Ms. Albrecht conducted a conflict check through her office's conflict process. Neither WJK Tempe Automotive nor Ms. Sanders were clients of the firm at the time this matter was initiated nor are they now clients of the firm. Although the firm represents FCA, FCA was not a party to this arbitration. There was no conflict of interest, therefore Ms. Albrecht accepted the appointment as the Arbitrator.
