Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I had ordered a few items from this company, on of the orders were on pre- order not once did they ever say that they would take 31.17 out of my account every week (I can't emphasize enough there is no indication that they take money out of your bank account till they send out your order) so I called them on it and the guy I spoke with told me that even it is not noted this is what they do, so a door mate should only cost me 30.17 will end up costing me way over 300.00 or more, they keep changing the delivery date so they can get more money, and when I call them all they do is patronize me and tell me things they think I want to hear, as of right now I don't want the door mat and just want all my money back which 280.53. Resolution Sought I just want to cancel my order and return all my money they took out of my account for the mat.
