Bought some items from their website in the end of January 31st and I did payments until March 14th of 2022 and the payments were four and each of them were $12.99 so in total $51.96 boxzilla sent emails in the beginning when they were behind on orders or when the item was being behind because of shipment so since my items were behind I didn't make big deal cause alot stuff were being behind but I never got any my items I did a claim to my bank account Chase and since because it's been past 21 days I'm being denied so I'm letting you guys know this company is fraud because I never got my items and now I'm getting my money taken away because of this business is a scam they stop sending emails they stop answering emails and they don't reply to anything they keep saying in the beginning there behind they're behind. It looks like they're all a lot of people are getting scam so I just want my money back Resolution Sought What I want is my money back and for this business be shut down cuz they're scraming people out of their money just because I bought an items that's pre-ordered and then having the company email you and not answer any emails for your items doesn't matter if it's 3 months 9 months or what year, they should be held responsible because my bank is taking back that money Knowing damn well that company is a scam
