Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered 3 pizzas and paid for them when I ordered them and they let someone take 2 of them leaving me only 1 pizza but refused to give my money back or to make me the pizzas also wouldn't give me a number to call, no management number or anything. Was extremely rude and I can't afford to lose 20 dollars I am barely getting by as it is. I want my money back or the 2co8zzas that I paid for I have the receipt for them still want my pizzas or my cash this happened on 3/1/23 and I still can't get any one at BP to help me . Resolution Sought Give me either my money back gift card or my pizzas either way I'd be happy.
