Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Well I have perchaseing BLK small cigars a price value .99 p[us tax, when owner and operater was charging $1.50 with tax.When you have a price on package that is what you should pay. Resolution Sought Charge the amount on package and refund amount they have, been overcharing loyal customers since begining of pandemic
