I won a Mega jackpot at this location on 05/05/22 at approximately 9:20 am in the amount of $12999.31. I was paid $5000 which they state is maximum payout. I had $294.21 in machine of MY own money before Jackpot hit. Owner refuses to pay me back my own money. I will file a report with Sheriff for theft if this is not resolved timely. I've visited this location 5 times trying to resolve matter. I have pictures documenting everything stated. Resolution Sought I would like my own back of $294.21 that they had no right to keep. Clear case of Theft.
