Took my car there to get an oil change and used tires, the oil change was still saying it needed to be done like they just put the old oil in there, I also got 2 used tires and they didn't balance them at all I even asked them to and they said no, as he was putting the tire on I notified there was a big hole in the tire so I had him switch it, I decided to stop by a bagel place which was about 5 mins from there and when I got back in my car and I started driving home my tire pressure went from 40 to 17 in a minute, and then I went back there to have them fix that and how they patched the tire there's a huge bump on my tire that it very noticeable I am so not happy with them. Resolution Sought I want a full refund.

Spoke with cust. I took care of her. Originally her boyfriend came in, not her. We put in 2 used tires and they went their way. Couple days after I received a call from the boyfriend bc the car was shaking. I don't balance the used tires, however I told him to come in and we would take care of them. They came in, we ordered them 2 new tires at our cost and we also credited the original cost they had paid for the used tires, so there balance was approx $60-$70. The boyfriend paid with a $100 bill, tried tipping me the rest, but I refused, due to inconvenience caused to them. I made sure they were taken care of and they drove away satisfied.
