Michael Brookshire gave me a verbal estimate to install gutters at my home. He was given a check for 350.00 to get materials on June 6, 2023 and start installing in 2 days. The remaining cost would be paid after installation. He has given excuses for not showing up for that week and the following week. I texted him requesting my money 350.00 be returned. Now he will not answer back when I text him or answer my calls. Voice mails were left He will not respond. He has took my money cash the check and will not answer back about the money. The check was made out in his name because he said not to make it out to BQ Exterior. His name is Michael Brookshire I believe his address is 133 Catawba Trail, Crawfordville FL. 32327. Florida Profit corporation information is : Doc#: P06000054854 FEI/EIN# 03-05875593 Filed 4/8/06 Status is Inactive I thankyou for having a department to give people hope against dishonest contractors. Resolution Sought I would like to have the 350.00 returned to me.
