I purchased a used vehicle that was supposed to be certified and have only had the vehicle for less than four months and it is currently in the shop being worked on for a repair that cost $3,200 I received no response and no help from Management in regards to helping correct the situation. I had to have the vehicle towed to another dealership which is Hubler Chevrolet and they magically stated that the repair was not covered under the powertrain warranty which is still active it was magically under a seal issue and could not be filed under warranty which cost me the $3,200. I'm 19 years old I don't have the $3,200 I had to have my parents help. This is my first financial obligation and it has turned into a nightmare. I literally felt like they handed me the vehicle knew the situation was there prior to my purchase temporarily fixed it long enough for me too Hobbit a few months and now it's just my problem. I'm sure that this is an everyday occurrence for the Better Business Bureau but I was just seeking help in requesting an acknowledgement from someone thank you Resolution Sought I honestly feel like it should have been covered under my warranty considering the rear seal is completely connected to the engine which is also part of the powertrain I feel like I was taking advantage of I feel like I was charged for labor that wasn't done and I feel like that I did not have to deserve to pay that much money for a car I've only had for 4 months
