Consumer alleges your company never delivered the vitamins as paid for. Consumer mailed a check on 05/05/21 in the amount of $277 for a vitamin treatment. The check was cashed on 05/11/21 and to date nothing has been received. Consumer contacted your company and was assured that her order would be sent however that never happened. Consumer wants your company to refund her monies in full because the order was never delivered. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to refund her monies in full because the order was never delivered.
