Had Suntrust acount for aproxx 10 yrs. Lost job, account went into the red and i paid off the discrepancy and account was closed. I have 2 checks that were issued by SunTrust that have expired from a refund. I have been trying to correct this for over 6 months. The local bank did provide me with a contact number in which I called 1800 550 1274 and left about 10 messages. The email provided does not work mylink.support@bb&t.com. finally talked to someone but they directed me back to the bank that gave me the information Resolution Sought I would like the checks to be reissued

I made a withdrawal yesterday. When I counted my money that afternoon it was $100 short. I counted 5 times, my boyfriend counted 5 times and my landlord even ran the money through a money counter and it was short $100.00 every time. I called the bank and no one answered so I left a message. No one got back to me so I called again today. The lady I spoke to was the manager and she told me she personally handled my transaction and that I did receive all money. When I asked her to double check she just kept saying she already checked and that I had lost the money and she couldn't help me and I needed to count it again. I have contacted legal and corporate. Waiting to hear back from them. Her name is Tabitha Furr or at least that's what she told me it was. I'm sure that's a lie as well. I'm certain that she pocketed my money and covered her tracks since she is the manager. If you would like to not be stolen from I don't recommend this place. They are thieves and crooks. Here's the address to the bank I went to. 236 W Lee Hwy, Warrenton, VA 20186 Resolution Sought I want Tabitha to be fired. Or put under investigation. She basically told me to get screwed and was very rude over the phone. Also after calling the day it happened and not being contacted back I had to wait till next day and still no one reached out to me, so I had to call again. This bank s**** at customer service and doesn't care about its customers.
