Abby Diaz who works with Brand Ur Merch was paid from me $1660 for a tent. She has not sent me a refund because she says they don't refund. She hasn't made my tent at all either saying I haven't approved the images she sent but hasn't sent anything. She hasn't answered my calls, texts, or emails till recently saying she wants to take me to court for defamation when her bad google reviews are public for everyone to see how bad of a person she is. She is a scammer!!! I have lots of texts and emails where i was asking her for the final mock. The final one she sent had 2 bum images that were different. This is the worst experience I've had since she did tents for friends of friends. Her own reputation was ruined by her being a fraud. If not refunded I'm taking this to court as i have all proof. Resolution Sought Refund me the money and take down their Instagram page for fraud!!!
