Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My account is acting glitchy on the main survey page. The surveys show up for a second then vanish I created a different account and it is not experiencing the same issue Resolution Sought I like to get to the bottom to know what is going on with my account since I can't get in touch with a human being

I was an employee of this company for about a week I earned in total about 30 dollars. I was doing well and hoped that this was an easy way to make money online I struggle financially and hope that people won't take advantage of me. I logged on to the sight and wasn't able to conduct surveys the screen was frozen. I was later contacted by support to tell me they were letting me go. They never paid me and sent me a robot email. They are a fraud and even though it's not too much money know that even during a pandemic people still steal and take advantage of others. Resolution Sought Pay me 30 dollars and give me the credit I deserve for answering they're surveys .
