I buy a car in November and ac stop working they said is not cover because I didn't buy a warranty a d there is no 90 warranty on Florida Resolution Sought I want they fix it without cost from me

Company states: The customer purchased an AS IS car with 97,000 miles, with no warranty. The customer signed all the paperwork, which makes him knowledgeable of the purchase. At the time of purchase, he was offered a warranty, but he said he didn't need it. He brought his car in asking us to repair it free of charge. We explained that he didn't have a warranty, but we did offer to provide repairs at our cost for parts and labor. The customer set up an appointment, but then never showed up and filed this complaint. We cannot offer free repairs because of the As Is Buyer's Guide agreement the customer signed, and no warranty was included or purchased by the customer.
