Being elderly I feel I was taken advantage of. They're not supposed to do that.

Went to have oil change and they said my brakes were bad. My car has 23000. Miles and no signs my brakes were bad. Being elderly I feel I was taken advantage of. They're not supposed to do that. Now I have to borrow money to pay my rent. They get penalized for taking advantage of the elderly.
