Several issues at the property that I'm renting with no response. I have flooding issues & they keep sending contractors to just do estimates but don't approve anything. They even made neighbor do work in his yard because they didn't want to address the issue. I have asked several times for limbs on a tree to be cut because they fall everytime it rains or is windy. As a result, on March18, 2024 a limb fell and damaged my truck. I have filed a police report for this incident. I am paying $25 extra a month for filters and haven't received one yet. There was a list of about 40 items that needed to be addressed upon move in & only a few were taken care of. I was told by several people at Brandywine that contractors dropped the ball & the house shouldn't have been rented. I was even told that I could find another house but wasn't offered any moving expenses after I had paid utilities deposits and for the move. The guy who does the move in inspections warned me of the flooding issues so Brandywine knew about the issue beforehand. I will be contacting HUD & the real estate commission also. All I'm asking is for Brandywine to do business in good faith. Resolution Sought All issues resolved or cancel lease and give me my deposit back and pay for moving expenses and deposit somewhere else. Also get the damage on truck repaired.
