Found a cleaning service on a website called Thumbtacks.com. I needed a cleaning of my home in Medford, OR. I am going thru a reno, so all that was needed was vacuuming throughout the house (no furn in any other rooms than bedrooms). Needed one completely tiled bathroom cleaned floors, walls and shower, 4 ceiling fans, window sills and windows inside. The owner met with me, we walked around the house to go over items for cleaning. She only accepted cash/check. I left her $100 cash in an envelope. Cleaning set for 10 am on 4/19. She and 1 worker were late. My son was home and said they arrived at 10:30 and left at 12:20. I arrived home and found that nothing in the bathroom was cleaned but the toilet and sink. All tile was left uncleaned, no sills, windows or ceiling fans cleaned. Vacuuming was the only thing completed. I inspected all the areas we discussed, and took pics. I sent the pics immediately to her. I still have them on my phone. She apologized, offered me a free cleaning or $50 refund. I told her I was very upset and trusted them to do a good job which was not done. I said I was going to report her to various agencies. I chose to get my $50 back. As of today, she notified me that because I told Thumbtacks.com what happened, she was not going to refund me at all now. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to have my money back, even half at this point. The services I received was not even close to professional and lacked care and detail as she professed to provide.

Company states; On 4/19 I arrived at the home at 10am actually a little early the son and contractor were both at the home, I never received any photos from the client and it was agreed when she called to complain that the client would not leave a bad review and I would return, so even after her contractor walked through the home with me after the clean and did a excellent job, she did not keep her end of the deal, so I did not give her $50 refund. I do not think she is owed anything, because I did a walk through when we were finished and was told by her contractor / friend everything was good this lady is impossible to make happy. I tried my best and she is still unhappy. I did a walk through before and after the service was performed. I was told everything looked fine, they should complained then and not waited until a day later.

The woman owner of Brannen is a scam artist and doesn't know anything about customer service. She had a worker with her that did not clean the bedrooms or bathroom at all. As the owner, she didn't check her work, and when I sent her the 6-8 pics of evidence of the "non-cleaning", she said she was new and the work was not checked by the owner. She also said that she would take care of me. She did offer a free cleaning, and then we settled on $50 refund since I paid $100 CASH for poor service. By the 8th day, if you don't receive what was promised, and I did text her another 3 times during that timeframe, she told me that she would come by when she had the extra $50. Very poor customer service. As an owner of a business, she doesn't know the first thing about how to treat an unhappy customer. I have told many people about the poor service I received . She is blaming me for being a complainer, but I trusted her and she scammed me, made me a victim of her lack of service. I will find it hard to trust another company to come into my home without me being there to Supervise what takes place, as she clearly does not know how to supervise her own employees.
