It was my daughter's 12th birthday and my fiance is a Disbaled Veteran he has fought for our country. My daughter has never been to Branson so we brought her. We spent around 3.5 grand on everything including the hotel and sdc tickets and all that to make sure she had the best time. The first night we were there was at Branson King and Resorts and first room we were in had a fridge that was broke with nasty food in it and My son has a heart defect and it made him hyperventilate from the smell, they took us to another room that had a clogged toilet with poop and was disgusting so I was told to report it to management and I did and this lady Barb Plueger said some God awful things to my family, I have anxiety and she made me have an anxiety attack I'm going now have to miss work. Anxiety is real and she got my heart racing so bad I was hospitalized from it. I have screen shots from emails from her and pictures from the nasty hotel. Please help me. My family didn't deserve this. We were told to chalk it up as a bad trip. How fair is it to chalk up a 3.5 k trip bcuz someone can't be professional and act right. She ruined our trip and made my anxiety even worse than it was before. Resolution Sought I want this business to pay for my trip. That may be a lot to ask but they did not care one bit about the money we spent or the terrible time they gave us the entire trip. I Don't thinks it's fair I spent 2 of the 4 days there in the hospital. I will provide receipts for our trip to prove our expenses. This isn't fair and this establishment is probably doing this to to everyone considering they have 3 stars and nothing but bad reviews. Please help.
