Writing about Branson's Nantucket regarding our timeshare experience. We have faced significant difficulties in scheduling vacations, with no available dates for booking despite numerous attempts. Our financial situation has worsened since the purchase due to a job loss, leading to reduced income. Additionally, we have family obligations that require our time. We are also dealing with personal health issues, including osteoarthritis treatment, which limits my ability to secure a job that requires prolonged standing. Given these challenges and the financial strain from the timeshare agreement, we can no longer sustain the contract as it exceeds our current capabilities. The initial appeal of saving money through the points system for travel has proven misleading, as actual costs outweigh the benefits of independent travel. We feel misled by the sales presentation, which misrepresented the vacation program's reality. In light of these circumstances, we urge the Business Consumer Alliance to investigate our case and assist in resolving this matter with Branson's Nantucket. The financial burden and misrepresentation of the timeshare have placed undue strain on our family. We seek a fair resolution that aligns with our current circumstances. Resolution Sought Full refund and complete termination.

We have been experiencing significant challenges with Branson Nantucket. Despite our commitment and adherence to the agreed terms, we find ourselves in a situation where the services promised to us are not being delivered. This discrepancy is not only disappointing but also alarming, given the financial commitments we have made based on the trust and reliability we expected from them. We have made numerous attempts to rectify this situation through various channels within the company, each time hoping for a resolution that would honor our agreement and the investment we have made. Regrettably, these efforts have not resulted in any substantive change or willingness on their part to address our concerns. It's becoming increasingly clear that our trust and the substantial fees we've paid are being met with indifference, leaving us feeling both frustrated and unfairly treated. We have gone to other agencies as well who have not been helpful. We want out of this timeshare and we need help doing it. We are hoping you can help. Resolution Sought Let us out of the contract.
