I am writing to file a complaint about the unreasonable actions of Branson's Nantucket. Despite multiple attempts to explain my situation, they keep sending me billing notices, completely ignoring my circumstances. They did offer a resolution, but the fee they're asking for is outrageously high and unrealistic. It feels unfair and exploitative, leaving me stuck in a situation I can't get out of. Especially considering the amount of money they've gotten out of me over the years. I'm asking for your help to address this issue, as their actions are causing me significant stress and financial hardship. Their behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. Resolution Sought Full cancelation and refund.

Seeking your help in holding Branson's Nantucket accountable for their deceptive practices. When we purchased this timeshare, we were assured of flexible availability and transparency. Instead, we've encountered the opposite. Availability is virtually nonexistent, making it impossible to use what we've paid for. Even more concerning, our repeated attempts to cancel have been dismissed with indifference, leaving us trapped in a contract under false pretenses. These issues have caused significant frustration. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. We simply want to be released from this predatory arrangement and ensure others are not misled in the same way.
