Contractor was supposed to convert existing bedroom to a handicapped accessible bathroom, bathroom into hall. The room has been gutted since Jan 2022 still no bathroom. Contractor lied about product prices and orders. Also, an addition was done, all poor quality workmanship. My windows and doors are all improperly installed. My addition is already pulling away from existing house. Had a retaining wall installed that is not gonna hold. My stamped drawings were done by an architect that is being investigated for fraud. I when I began questioning his work and costs is when he walked out. Brand new roof that is gushing water. Drains that are not flowing properly. Sewer pipe left uncapped for months. Exhausted not properly vented. Things left unsafe. Things not fireproof. Then I come to find this isn't the first time he's done this kind of work. I have an 82 yr old mom and a daughter who is wheelchair bound and he has left us in unsafe conditions the entire duration of this project and even now. With pipes uncovered and not fireproof who knows what we're breaking in for months now. All of us being treated for sinus and breathing issues. Resolution Sought Refund my money. I'm not sure what qualifies someone to have a license but everything he did in my home is done wrong. I have proof of all of this.
