So I ordered a few days ago and spent 68.00 also for the shipping charge. then I turned around thinking since I can't track it I'll make an account so I can track, so I did that, but accidently bought two of the same product so now I being charged 138.00 all together and I need to cancel one order. But I can't apparently cause these people don't respond back to my emails their number doesn't work either and I verified my age on their test thing account and still nothing.... God I hope I get my packages soon... this site s*cks Resolution Sought Cancel my orders and give me back my money or send me orders and go on about our life's.

I placed order #651781 on breazy.com on 12/31/2021. Spent $124.74 which was more than I was planning to spend but every page of their site had a banner that read "FREE 2-6 business day shipping on orders $100+" so I ordered so extra items. I ordered on a friday it was a holiday weekend so I figured they might be a short handed so I waited longer than the 1-3 days the site says it will take to update. On Thursday 1/06/2022 I went to the "contact us" page on breazy.com. my options were "chat" or "email" at the bottom of the page it says "open chat" and has hours listed. It was within the hours specified so I clicked open chat and a window popped up with "leave us a message" on the top and had sections for name, email, how can we help? Also says zendesk at the bottom so it's a form to open a ticket and not a live chat. Described the situation, asked for an ETA shipdate, included order number received a canned response: "As you may be aware, USPS is no longer shipping vape products as of 10/21/21..." Then an explanation of why the delay, blaming the PACT ACT and ended with "As soon as I gain more insight and a tracking number it will be emailed to you." On 1/10/22 order still said "unfulfilled" left a Google review explaining my online experience for their brick and mortar location in nevada a few others had done the same. Gave 1star. A few hours later I received an email stating my order had shipped. Shipped through a company called DI Specialty Regional Tra Resolution Sought I want my money back. I also think the company should be fined as it appears this has happened on multiple occasions
