I hired attorney Breedlove in August 2023. He then attended 1 court hearing on my behalf. It was then asked that I send an outline of what my parenting plan would look like with my ex-husband. I had sent the outline via email and never received a response nor follow up. I ended up resolving the issue myself. In January 2024 I had asked for a refund I spoke with assistant she said it would be taken care of. It is March 8th 2024 and I still have not received a refund after being told on February 15th a check would be mailed. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. Resolution Sought I would like my retainer back as nothing was done.
