Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. An internet company with a 2.2 star review on Google. It's locked out most competition in the area so you have no other choice for internet or cable. The quality of the service is abysmal, constant outages, never reaching speeds you pay for, no company contact options, cannot stay connected to servers longer than 20 minutes and constantly increasing rates month by month. Resolution Sought Actually revive the service I pay for, refund the extra fees that add constantly, fix the outages and actually have a support team.
