Give your customers access to cs

This company y has a absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Long waits on their CS phone lines. No way to e- mail them. No access to customer service on their phone tree, and worst music on hold than you would find in an elevator. This is horrible. This company should be barred from doing business
