They started rebuilding the transmission without my permission or with out me giving them $1,500 down she said that for her to rebuild the transmission that she needed $1,500 down so I told her that I might have someone that was probably able to cosign for me to start the process of rebuilding my transmission I took avocado back but when I had called her back and told her that the person that I might have had that was probably able to sign could not sign for the cosign for the loan and she told me that she done started rebuilding the transmission and they are charging me $38.47.47 for the transmission but I did not give them no down payment and I did not tell him to start it yes I gave them permission to take out my transmission and plus they broke my hood piece to inside of my truck she told me she could not rebuild the transmission without the $1,500 down deposit and she rebuilt it anyway without me giving her that deposit plus they keep on trying to say that when they brought my truck over there that it did not have the hood piece inside of the truck and it did have the hood latch inside of my truck to open up the hood they broke it off and they're trying to say that it was not their fault yes they are at fault for that. Resolution Sought I would like to get my truck with the transmission that they rebuilt in it and for them to fix my hood piece that they broke inside of my truck.
