I was quoted for repairs or maintenance on 11/7. On 11/8, his employees arrived to complete the repairs we had discussed. He and his employees, didn't have the tool to provide maintenance to my shower. They were going to use my tool to complete the repair. Before work began, I told his employee, Adam not to maintain the shower drains, as I would do that myself. He was asked to replace the bathroom faucet for the quoted price of $169. When the work was done he told me that he did service the drains and only charged me 1/2 the price. I did not authorize him to charge me or do the work. The employee, Adam offered me the ability to pay by credit card and said that I would receive an invoice from Brett, the owner. The owner came over requesting payment without an invoice, saying that cash or check due at service completion. This was not disclosed at the time of the quote. The owner said he needed payment now and indicated that I could go to the bank or write him a check. I don't have checks and offered to send him a check from my bank, which he declined. I offered an electronic payment method and he said he had Zelle. He continued to stand in my doorway, not supplying me any way to make the transfer. I asked if the payment was connected to his phone number and he replied yes. I made the transfer, feeling very uncomfortable and upset at the charge. I made the payment and sent him a screenshot. I did not receive an invoice or receipt for services. Resolution Sought Refund of $103

Company states customer was given an invoice within an hour of leaving her house. She was not charged for anything that she was not quoted for. The rebates that were offered were on the invoice as well. No refund is due, company worked with her because they understood she was on a budget.
