We got a new appliance for chrismas, it was a Breville 660sil food processor. Breville offers a one year warranty on this product. We own many breville products and this is our first warranty claim. During our first year of use two parts to the processor failed. I reached out to breville a warranty team through their website and was informed that breville does "not cover parts and accessories" under their warranty. I then asked how this can be, all products are made up of different parts, so if you don't cover parts and accessories then please replace our complete processor. I ended up getting the same response again when Re-explaining my situation. I the. Asked them to reconsider so I do not have to take alternate action to make this right. That was on 10/5/23. I have not heard back since. Resolution Sought I would like a replacement processed under the promised warranty that came with the processor when we got it
