I brought a 2014 Acura TL from this dealership and had to bring the vehicle back due to the negligence of the dealership and now they won't give me all my money back. Resolution Sought Give me the rest of my money back and to reimburse me for the money I paid to for the Diagnostics On the vehicle To see what was wrong with it at a certified Acura dealership.

A couple of small issues came up with the car and told customer to bring it back and we would do the repairs for him. He refused to bring car in. Eventually, he asked to return the car he no longer wanted it. As a courtesy we told him yes, bring it in. He put approx.1,000 miles on the car and I gave him his money back minus $500. Repairs are not a requirement with used cars (unless major and these were not) and we offered to make those repairs, as want clients happy, but he refused. We were not required to give him any refund either. Thank you.
