My car was brought into Brian's Auto because it was overheating, the ABS light and traction control light was on, the car was making like a helicopter noise in the wheels while driving. I told them this. A week or so later they said the car was done. I go to pick my car up that same day (a Friday) and i wasn't even out of their driveway and my light sensors ABS and the traction control came on with the car making the same noise like a helicopter. I drove it home because I was dropped off and needed to get home to my kids. the car was dropped off on Monday and 2 weeks later they said it was done (3,000$ deep at this point) 2 weeks later the car overheated again leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. It was towed back to them and 2 weeks later they said it was done (5000$ deep). 2 weeks later which was yesterday the car overheated and i was stranded with no cell service with no idea what to do. Today I'm told the car has a lot of miles on it and the wear and tear on the car is because of that. Excuse me? A new radiator and housing, new thermostat and cell, All the other stuff done to it including a gasket doesn't wear down in 2 weeks to a months time. And now it has to go in the shop again? Resolution Sought I do not want to pay over 5k for a car that they continually do not fix! I've been stranded twice, missed work, missed doctors appointments and have so much stress over this i can't even comprehend it at this point. A new used car can compensate for all the hardship and shady work they've done!

I received her vehicle initially on the 12th of August and it was brought in with a presumed blown engine app. After doing some checking I found that the engine was not bad not bad it did have a blown radiator and multiple other issues it was in poor shape with lack of service or care to the vehicle. We were placed a radiator left near wilbury electric wheel bearing VVT solo noise did an oil change replace the transmission mount and front speed sensors got the vehicle again on the 2 Got the vehicle again on the 22nd of August I've been replaced a wilburing an axle Axel received a vehicle again on the 1st of September for the headache apparently had another overheating isoverheating issue tested pressure tested the cooling system link system found that the gasket for the thermostat housing was blown that housing was wrong got the OK to repair that also replaced rear shocks sway bar links and front struts As my 1st email stated I that wasn't that was this the 1st of September September was actually the 1st time I actually met miss Thompson and and gave her the information that she needed to check her coolant the following morning when it was cold because the system could purge and you could lose as much as a 1/2 a gallon of coolant which is a lot for a vehicle system if she was uncomfortable doing that I told her just swing by and I could do it I never heard from her again. And it also needed a rear wheel bearing VVT solenoids chisel annoyed's and a transmission mount and front speed sensors Work was OK and completed vehicles brought back to me again in on the 22nd we replaced a wheelbaring an wheel bearing an axle And then the vehicle came back to me on the 1st of September for apparently ahead overheated again so I've so I pressure tested the cooling system again found a blown gasket on the thermostat housing which was replaced also ended up doing rear shocks sway bar links and front struts This was the 1st time I actually met miss Thompson Thompson and told her that she needed to check the coolant in the morning when it was cold because because it could the system could purge urge and be as much as a 1/2 a gallon of coolant low if she didn't feel comfortable doing it I told her there was no problem with her bringing it by for me to do it I am sorry that miss Thompson has had such bad luck with her vehicle unfortunately used cars are a gamble.
