Briarwood Motel complaints

I've lived at this hotel for four years. When I first moved in I was paying $206 a week now I pay $265 a week. My experience was OK up until now. There were a few times where my bank was closed on certain days, which prevented me from getting my $265 out to pay for the week. With everything I have going on certain holidays I do not keep up with for example labor day. As I mentioned before my bank closes on those holidays so I would go to the front desk asking if I can pay the next day which they have allowed me to do that but I paid a late fee. This pass Friday I gave my husband the rent money for the week and told him to pay but unfortunately his car was broken into and the money for the room was stolen. I didn't know this seeing that my husband was scared to tell me. Around 6:15pm today I heard a loud knock on the door and it was was the front desk Clerk name Tim. He yelled at me saying somebody better be up there with the rent. He pointed his fingers in my face saying we are tired of this and continued to yell at me. He left and came back and said he was going to call the police and have me kicked out tonight at 7:00pm. I tried to explain but he cussed at me and continued to yell at me. The room did get paid but my point is that I've never been treated poorly like that in my life by someone I do not know. He degraded me so bad to the point to where I cried. I couldn't defend myself because if I did I would of gotten kicked out. Resolution Sought I want an apology. I never given these guys no trouble at all. For a grown man who is old enough to be my father to yell and cuss at a woman who never gave them any issues is beyond disgusting to me. He did not show no remorse at all. I feel horrible and disgusted to be treated like an animal. I never cussed at them, I never spoken to them in any negative manner. I've always given them respect but he disrespected me in the worse way possible.
