Cannot get company to ship product after repeatedly confirmed funds transferred with one day shipping. Resolution Sought Ship my product.

We have reviewed the complainant's account and found that the fault was entirely ours. We refunded the $19.95 expedited shipping fee and it should post back to their account within 3 to 5 business days or faster, depending on their bank. We sincerely apologize for the experience they had in their experience with us and will work with our team to ensure this situation does not happen again.
