Some sizeable items were left off the home inspection report. These will be very expensive to fix. I wouldn't have bought this house had I known the extent of repairs needed. Company needs to file errors and omissions claim but is refusing to do so. Resolution Sought File errors and omissions claim.

We filed a claim with our E&O Insurance and they denied Mary's claim saying that we were not at fault.

The gross incompetence on the part of insurance and the inspector is astonishing.The insurance adjuster seems to have no concept whatsoever of the laws of gravity. I will be filing a complaint against the insurance next. Avoid Cincinnati insurance as they must be incredibly high on drugs or suffering terribly from dementia. Estimates total 20,000 for needed repairs that were missed entirely by the inspection, plus additional thousands for repairs that were given a nod to, but worded in such a way as to be misleading.
