I went to dinner at Bricks and Barrells on Valentine's Day for dinner. I had a reservation for 7:30 p.m. After dinner, I needed to run to the bathroom. As I walked down the hallway to go to the bathroom. I tripped and fell into a hole or uneven floors. They had a wet floor sign near it but not over it. One of the servers saw me fall and asked if I was okay. I got up and said this wet floor sign does not make people aware that there is a hole in the floor and the wet floor sign was not even covering the whole. The server then covered the hole with the wet floor sign. I fell so hard that the people in the bathroom heard it and came out. I went to the front of the restaurant to tell management, but the man was rude and didn't even tell me his name. He said there was a wet floor sign. Resolution Sought I want the business to fix the uneven floor so no one else falls and gets hurt. I am sore and covered in bruises from the fall. Thank God I didn't break any bones.
