I bought a car 2016 jeep patriot from the test drive I told them there was something wrong with the vehicle, they were too flat cancel but they are trying to force the sale or a volunteer surrender. They gave me their word but they don't stick buy what they say. Today is day 44 and they still have the car. Resolution Sought I want them to flat cancel the loan so I can get a vehicle elsewhere. They make promises that they don't keep. The car is unsafe.

I bought a car from Bridge Auto Group in Berlin, NJ in August 2021. I drove it off the lot and the transmission light came on. Took it back the next day and they said it needed a new transmission. They said they put a new transmission in it. Car seemed fine for a year until the transmission dropped. A bolt/ mount stopped holding the transmission. They did not install it properly and now the car needs another transmission. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for what I spent on the car.
