Was fraudulently charged for a free subscription service and then when I contacted Brigit they refused to return the charges and then qualified me for a $50 cash advance, which I was not qualified for before the complaint because I did not put my bank info in. I want to be assured that Brigit does not attempt to adjust my plan or charge my bank without my approval. Resolution Sought Cease and desist with all fraudulent charges

I expect a refund for services NOT provided, while Brigit was telling me they'd purportedly lost connection to my credit union. (So no services provided.) Then they said they needed info on my card again. They didn't hear from me, so they went the sneaky back way and took $9.99 via my routing number they'd HAPPENED to have connected back to, at monthly payment time. I asked them to cancel my membership Before, During, And Since. Resolution Sought I want my $9.99 back and I want them to lose my information forever. Thank you.

We have investigated this claim and have found that this user signed up for our Plus plan, which is $9.99/month, on 1/3/22, and did not cancel their Plus plan until 5/11/22. This means all fees between 1/3/22 and 5/11/22 are correct and not eligible for a refund.
