Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have reached out to the agents there with my dissatisfaction with how I have been treated and how addressing my problems has been handled. They have ignored and bluntly dismissed my experiences that I have pointed out to them. It has always been extremely difficult to ever use the timeshare and the information they provided to me when trying to get me to enroll has been untrue or not even covered or gone over with me. I was given very little time to thoroughly review the papers as they wanted my signature right then and wanted to start the process. I have also been dissatisfied with their point system. If I don't use their points each year, I lose them unless I bank them with this other company that offers discounts on hotels, rental cars, and other travel needs through the points. They also failed to mention that anytime I want to reserve time or bank points there is another fee.It is constantly separate fees for everything. It was never disclosed to me of any additional fees. Holiday Inn has not been upfront with everything that comes along with owning a timeshare and I feel taken advantage of by them. Resolution Sought I would like to get a release from their timeshare program.

Reimbursement for seven years of back rent. Plus numerous attempts to sabotage my current professionalism. Resolution Sought Reimbursement me for wasting my time. Stop compromising my online and on ground accounts. Disassociate the bogus eviction from my credit scores. As well as, online determent of character harassment, and ability to complete my responsibilities.
