We have received a significant number of complaints against this company. In at least some cases, the complaint allegations are very serious.

Complainants allege the company fails to negotiate debt amounts, and pay debts as agreed. Most complainants also report their credit standings deteriorated after enrollment due to the company's failure to contact, and make payments to their creditors. A few customers complain that while enrolled in the program, they were sued by creditors or debts were arbitrated under the cardhold agreement. Many clients complain that creditors continue to contact them, or they are turned over to collections, despite the fact that they were led to believe this would not occur. A few complainants allege they were instructed not to pay their debt as it would improve the company's ability to negotiate settlement. Most complainants allege that the company's radio advertising claiming the ability to negotiate debts down to a fraction of the balance was misleading.

The company responds to some complaints by disputing allegations, defending their actions, and insisting they felt they had honored the client agreement. Other complaints are addressed by explanations of company policies, making efforts to negotiate debts, waiving portions of their fees, or by providing partial or full refunds.
