Purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram ecodeisel from Briggs in Manhattan Kansas about 2 years ago. I have had nothing but issues with this truck. It has been in the shop several times and they don't do loaner vehicles. I have missed time at work etc. I've had to pay for repairs several times, some have been covered by the warranty. I've since found out that right before I bought this vehicle Chrysler quit making it because of all the issues and had a buy back which the dealership told me nothing about. I've been taking it to Briggs Dodge in Topeka Kansas for the repairs that apparently do not get done correctly! It's the same check engine code every single time. This truck has caused my family and myself nothing but trouble. I can't trust it to go anywhere. There are also two more recalls on this truck that can cause an accident resulting in death or injury! I just picked the truck up from the shop this past Monday 8/7 for the one of numerous times in the shop! It was in the shop for a week!My family and I were on our way to go camping this past Friday 8/11 about 10 miles into our trip the same codes came back and the vehicle lost power and we had to go back home at a slow rate of speed because once the engine light comes on the power of the vehicle drops. I'd spoke with the Chrysler corporation about a 2 weeks ago because the shop service manager said I needed to call them with any complaints. So I did and they opened a case and they were going to speak to the dealership. Much more inf Resolution Sought At the very least they need to pay this truck off and give back every dime I've spent on this vehicle so I can get something more reliable. Chrysler basically told me this vehicle should have never been sold to me. I have more info but no room to put it. No star rating!
