This is by far the worst company ever in regards to customer service. The worst part is the unprofessional disrespectful supervisor Macy. She has the worst customer service and customer satisfaction my company and I have ever experienced in our lives. She was constantly speaking over us even when we were answering her questions. We were not provided adequate service compared to what the website states. It took over a week to get a call back and received broken up emails (one a day). They also did not review any of paperwork provided to them by our office and were constantly asking for the same documents in addition to saying they could not take a detailed ledger that provided rent due, rent paid and rent owed as a rent calculator even after we did the 3 day and 15 notices in house. No one that is that unprofessional should be in a leadership position and her excuse for being so rude to clients was that she is "not a lawyer." No one needs to be a lawyer to provide adequate customer service, satisfaction, and assistance in a calm, polite and professional manner. Resolution Sought I received a refund in full however, I am reaching out so ownership is aware of Macy's terrible attitude, disrespecting clients, and not assisting them or listening to their situation in addition, to constantly talking over the client and assuming the client do things without being sent proper documentation from Bright eviction. Despite her unprofessionalism and constantly raising her voice to clients it was disappointing there was no one else in a higher position to bring our concerns to.
