I paid them 8300.00. I asked up front if my taxes could be done because at the time, I was in bankruptcy. They said yes. They said they have to do my taxes though for 3 yrs. And i asked do es this company stand behind their work and they said yes. Well the first yr, they left my husbands income off. Was not discovered until after they did my second yr. Which threw us back another 9000.00.. said they would fix it and never did come to find out. They told me after they started, IRS reached an agreement 5500.00. After I started asking for paperwork, that's when everything went south. Another company contacted me and I told him about bankruptcy and he said, nothing can be done until it's closed and he told me what to ask for from the other company because he knew they was lying to me and that's when it really went down hill. After I started asking. Then Amanda started blaming other people and claiming they done all this work and this and that. I needed to move a payment to the next day and she said they cant cause i was paying the IRS now. Come to find out, there never was an agreement. I would like my money back and what they messed up on and to be honest, I deserve a lot more because not only the financial part but the mental stress it caused me with all the lies, struggling with bills due to a fraudulent payment due to them. They even told me that if I miss a payment, the IRS will cancel the agreement. This company brought me to my knees over this. Resolution Sought I would like for me to be refunded the 17000.00. I even thought about getting an attorney to handle this. This is wrong on so many levels. If I have to get an attorney, 17000.00 will be the less they have to worry about because I will go for the mental stress and everything. I still have the recording and all records and emails.

No services provided paid $6500 to have back taxes fix 2 years later they paid me $2500 with a balance due of $1500 with zero services provided. Resolution Sought $6500 paid back in full.
