I have called them and called them, and they have told me that they would drop my bill down to 59 plus they're helping other people. Even go lower as a senior citizen. So I've been on the phone with them about that. It's supposed to be only fifty nine ninety nine.And I don't know why I can't go lower, because a lot of other senior citizens are going lower.. And I told them to take me off of autopay, because the last time I paid, they put me on it, and that's not when I get paid.And they told me they would, and they lied.Now they're trying to take it out of my bank and I don't have it because it's not time to take it out for me.I only get paid once a month.I've been on a call with them several times and they keep lying to me Resolution Sought I want them to take care of their customers and could lying to them, and quit putting people on there that don't even know how to do their job and they're lying to their customers. And I can't even get into my website. They lied to me about that to and why can't I get on to my website? And change things on my website. I am so tired of being lied to. I just want to cancel my subscription. Brightspeed

I signed up and paid my deposit on January 9th tech was schedule for the 4th of February never received service due to the area I live in and they haven't refunded my money and keep pushing me off with 2-3 days processing time Resolution Sought I would like my money back and I would like they to have repercussions for taking someone's money, not providing services and unprofessional
