Our internet was disconnected on Friday August 8th.and it runs our home. We had a big eventt we had been planning for months with family and needed the internet .We did not requested a disconnect. We have been with the company since 1999. I have spent literally hours on the phone being transferred so many time I can't remember. repeating my story over and over. ! I worked with one women two hours and seven minutes only to be promised it would be on by 8:30 and she would call me back. She called and said it would take another hour. I called back and the gentleman told me he would have it on by business end at 8:30 . Called to check at 8:00 and they were closed! Talked with someone on Saturday morning who told me they don't work to restore internet on weekends. Technicians don't work on weekends. A internet company that literally runs the world day to day doesn't work on weekends! Crazy. Also, my bill was $47 a month! Now I have to start like a new customer at $65. I said no way because again, I didn't cancel my service! She agreed. I said I wanted her to send me an email. She said she was sending it right away (she was a supervisor) I never got it. They do come through on my phone if I turn my WiFi off. I am at my wits end it is now Monday and I have called twice only to wait on hold for like 20 minutes each and they Disconnect me! Please help my phone is 6127019940 my address is 268 220th Ave Comstock WI my acct# is 1000021979 Resolution Sought Please talk with them and get my internet up and running!

Most of the town of van Buren is without Internet, and still paying for it. Multiple people including myself have called and called trying to get tech to come out only for them to keep pushing everyone off. The call center is over seas, at this point it's seeming like a scam, or just not a reputable business. Resolution Sought They need to fix this issue or cancel people's accounts.
