I just had a baby 3 months ago & was prescribed gabapentins 4 pain & use as needed well I didn't take my whole prescription I've been going 2 Brightview since June 2021 & I last had a dirty drug screen on August 16th & I've been clean ever since well here recently I got put n a very bad situation where I had 2 move & kept n contact with Brightview cause I go once a month I had 2 reschedule my appointment cause I had no transportation & they gave me a 7 day bridge 2 do me over till I could make it n. Well I was gonna transfer from erlanger 2 Paris location but found out the Paris location was gonna restart me even though I was transferring so I decided 2 stay n erlanger. I went bk 2 erlanger 2day & the doctor said she couldn't give me my month prescription cause I haven't been there since April 26th which is wrong cause they just gave me a 7 day bridge in may & she couldn't find it cause it was at a different Walgreens that I normally don't use then I told her bout everything n my system which was only gabapentin & suboxone I told her that I still had my gabapentins from where I just had my baby 3 months ago & I've took some cause my bk has been killing me & she literally was arguing that I was only prescribed my gabapentins 4 4days that I should have went & got more prescribed & I should have done away with them but it says as needed on the bottle she made me feel like I was using illicit drugs & made me feel wrong when I go there by choice she was very rude & unprofessional Resolution Sought She needs to be more professional & not judge everyone cause she sees all the patients the same like she's very rude & hateful I mean she was asking questions bout my meds dat had nothing 2 do with my Suboxones it wasn't none of her business if we want 2 technical I just don't think she's cut out 4 that job she's very argumentative bout things that doesn't pertain 2 my treatment & I'm not the only person who has said that I've had a lot of issues from her
