Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I went to brightview on Roberts Rd on Friday which I was scheduled to be there Friday. I arrived at 3:55pm like I do every Friday. I go in the building and was met with the NEW CORPORATE DIRECTOR don't know her name white lady. She said she can't accept me today because walk ins changed when I have been coming Friday's around the same time for about two years now. I walk out decided to come back in to ask for a corporate's number she said the number is on the back of the card. I responded in a non-rude way simply asked where the card she got an attitude and said don't talk to me that way. At this point I'm confused and I said I didn't disrespect you all I asked was what's the corporate number? She decided to threaten me with the police, called the police on me and said I'm no longer a patient. She only been there for a couple weeks, never had this problem for two years ever since she came it's been nothing but problems. I'm fed up she called the police on me for no reason and I would like to resolve this. She's new here, so obviously she wasn't liked or did the same thing at another brightview. I'm disappointed I work in the morning take off early to make it to brightview on Roberts Rd and she disrespectful and lied and threaten me. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to acknowledge I'm a long term patient never had any problems wit anyone. I would like them to either advise her not to lie and threaten innocent consumers and have her leave that office or be respectful to patient, accept me back into the program cause I did nothing wrong.
