I'm a sea worker and our salary it's paid in a Brightwell card. Since 3.5 months ago I'm trying to transfer my money to a bank account ( Revolut) and the Brightwell app doesn't allow it. I opened multiple tickets and called many times after 30 min waiting with a satellite call they switch off)It's illegal to refuse IBAN transference because it's not local. Resolution Sought Allow to transfer my money for the bank I want and don't have my money blocked in brightwell.
