Organization refuses to remove me from their website although I removed myself from the board in November 2022. I have sent multiple requests to update their page as it is misrepresentation of the organization and my involvement in it. Resolution Sought Remove me from their page as requested. I am not a board member and it is illegal to list persons who are not on the board.

This complaint arose during a period of personal conflict with the plaintiff. The primary issue at hand is the plaintiff's assertion that I "refused" to remove her from our website, which is not an accurate representation of the situation. To provide context, I had requested a brief extension of time from the plaintiff to update the website. This request was made due to my involvement in the planning of a significant cultural festival, which is the organization's flagship event of the year. The plaintiff and I had a clear email exchange, as documented below, in which I specified that the update would be completed by October 7. I am pleased to report that I acted promptly on my commitment, and Michelle was successfully removed from our website on October 5th, two days prior to the requested deadline. I appreciate your attention to this matter and wanted to clarify the facts surrounding the complaint.
