I purchased a Brio Bottom Load Water Cooler. I stopped pulling water out of the bottles. I contacted Brio numerous times. They emailed me back & forth or I received no response at all. I finally spoke to Trey who said he spoke to his manager who said there was nothing they can do. When I called the other few times, I received different feedback from different people saying email info with copy of sales receipt so we can replace product. Each person picking up phone gave me a different answer. Thid cooler is 13 months old. A cooler like this should not have been broken so quickly therefore it was something defective in their manufacturing. I feel they should replace my cooler. They want to give me 20 off another cooler. That is not right if they are the manufacturer and they made a bad product. They are made to last longer than 1 year. Resolution Sought I would like the business to replace the product.
