I have been waiting for a credit of $527.12 since Dec of 2024. Every time it takes 45 minutes to speak to someone. I always get it will be deposited next week. It has yet to happen. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they never give me anyone to speak with. They just tell me to leave my information and they will call be back. Resolution Sought I would like to have my refund back within 5 business days.
