We used Brittish maid for a couple years. We recommended them to our daughter and they agreed to service her. On our last visit, they left our house and our daughters at least 60 uncleaned. We felt that a message was being sent that they no longer wanted to service us. While they agreed to come back and reclean, we felt uncomfortable to have them return to our house thinking they were canceling our contract. Indeed, a week later, I received an email stating they were no longer servicing our area. We asked for half our money to be returned. Three people actually came to my house to clean, so I find it nearly impossible to understand how 60 of the work wasn't done. Resolution Sought Refund half of my daughter's payment: $75 and half of our payment: $67. Mareka walked away with $285 between the two of us for services not rendered. While she agreed to come back and reclean, we felt it not in our best interest to allow this service back in our home when we felt they were going to terminate our service. In fact, I believe she wanted me to terminate rather than her. Services not rendered as offered should be refunded. We are asking for half of our payment back.
